He previously held senior positions at India REIT and Red Fort Capital, growing the former to USD 900 M with a portfolio of over USD 1 B AUM. He is an Advisor to the Board at Rx Propellant, a Lifesciences infrastructure platform and a Co-founder of GVRP which is a differentiated contract R&D services organization. Additionally, Jasmeet is the Co-founder of Power-Ed, a full-stack Eduventures platform. He brings a blend of expertise in money matters and a track record in building successful and impactful businesses.
Vishal has over two decades experience in the Lifesciences industry spanning across management consulting as a part of EY, advisory to state government for setting up the Genome Valley cluster and leading India operations of Alexandria Real Estate where he managed labspace development of over 1 million square foot. Vishal is the Managing Director at Rx Propellant and also the Co-Founder of GVRP and Power-Ed. A strong proponent of strengthening the Indian ecosystem by fostering collaborations, he is a visionary with a rich network and brings a unique perspective on the Indian Lifesciences industry.
Ketki is a techno-commercial professional with a deep understanding of the Lifesciences value chain and about 15 years of experience in industry as well as academia. She holds a Ph.D. in Neurochemistry from University of Bremen, Germany and did her post-doctoral research at IISER Pune. Prior to joining IXP as the Chief Innovation Officer, she was SVP, Strategy and Partnerships at Rx Propellant and previously was a part of the business development team at Excelra focused on AI-based services for drug discovery and development. As a trained scientist who has been a part of diverse businesses, she understands the challenges scientists face when setting up their startups.
